  • There seems to be very little understanding of islam as a religion on this board, although I am not suprised. I wonder how many ppl who posted even know a muslim or have interacted with a muslim more than seeing them on the street.

  • i don't understand why people are so against trying to protect the environment - isn't it a good idea? I understand that there should be a balance between drilling and not drilling, but ppl seem as though they simply don't care about the environment at all.

  • Therese in NV where in the constitution does it say an immigrant has to take an oath of citizenship within 5 years of entering the country. You would be hard pressed to get a green card in that time let alone citizenship..

  • I guess i just don't understand the desperate wish to carry a gun - do you really feel that unsafe all the time? I don't live in the best neighborhood but I don't feel unsafe constantly when i'm walking around.
